Phd fellow/Mag.art Annalisa Cannito *1984 in Acqui Terme (IT). Trans-disciplinary post conceptual artist, independent researcher and political activist.  My work focuses on themes such as political history, EU immigration policy, common goods, political and water ecologies, food sovereignty, participatory architecture, collective memories, art in public spaces. My main artistic and theoretical research is “In the belly of fascism and colonialism” where I investigate the impact of the fascist and colonialist heritage on contemporary society.

My works aim to translate intricate issues through multimedia installations, performative lectures, archival material and publications.
